Calendar/Facility Request for Class Fellowship, Baby/Wedding Showers & Anniversaries

After-Hour/Weekend Events are subject to availability of resources to ensure that the space is ready for the next day.

**Be advised: Not all requests are approved. Each request will be evaluated by our church staff at Tuesday's staff meeting.
All events must be scheduled through the church office at least 2 weeks in advance.

(ex. 8:00 Jones - Class Fellowship, Day Trip, Luncheon or Baby Shower for Susie Smith)

Saturday Evenings: NO event may take place after *7:00 pm on Saturdays in order to prepare for Sunday services.
Friday Evenings: If the church has a Saturday morning event, no events may take place after 7:00 pm on Friday night.
